With the reservation of a convention room we charge commitment charges of € 75,00 per room/day in addition to the room rent. Those are cancelled with a wining and dining bill from a fivefold room rent.

The standard configuration of all rooms consists of overhead projector, screen, flip chart and pin board. Paper and convention pens are included in the conference package. We charge additional technology as video beamer or monitor according to your wishes. Technical equipment that cannot be provided by our house we gladly rent for your. We make this service available for your without any additional costs. You will only be charged with the daily rent of our technical partner.

Conference beverages and beverages for lunch and dinner will be charged according to consumption.
